Agent Identity

How the assistant presents itself in emails and calendar events.

The assistant has a consistent identity across all communications. This page explains the default identity and customization options.

By default, the assistant uses these identifiers:

The signature is appended to all outgoing emails from the assistant.

On Custom plans, you can customize the assistant’s identity for a branded experience.

White-labeling and other customizations are available on Custom plans with associated costs.

To inquire about custom identity setup:

Email support@skipup.co with:

  • Your organization name
  • Desired display name and short name
  • Preferred email handle
  • Signature requirements (text or HTML)

We’ll work with you to configure your custom identity.

The assistant’s identity also appears in calendar events:

  • Organizer name — Shows the display name (default: SkipUp)
  • Organizer email — Shows the email address (default: meet@skipup.co)

With white-labeling, these reflect your custom configuration.

Custom identity requires a Custom plan. Contact support@skipup.co to discuss options.

The default signature mentions “AI follow-up and scheduling assistant.” With white-labeling, you control what the signature says.

Email handles use the @skipup.co domains.
